Mini Land-Grant (North Central Region) – July 10-12
Join your colleagues in the North Central Region for a live, in-person experience on Sunday, July 10 – Tuesday, July 12, 2022. The theme of the conference is Food, Health, Economy, and Engagement in the Digital Age. The conference, hosted by The Ohio State University and Central State University, is open to all faculty, staff, administrators, CARET representatives, and others who support the land-grant mission in the North Central Region. Review the tentative schedule below. Early-bird registration will be available in May.
Meeting Purpose/objectives:
The North Central Region's Mini Land-Grant Conference intends to build relationships among experiment station, Extension, academic leader, and CARET representatives to foster potential interdisciplinary partnerships and build networking opportunities among administrative leaders within the North Central Region. Additionally, we will build an understanding of federal initiatives and directions related to the Farm Bill that can lead to positive advocacy.

3-5pm Tour of Waterman + Interdisciplinary Research Facility in Innovation District, then travel to Molly Caren Ag Center and tour + sponsored BBQ Dinner
