The 2024 Extension Conference is scheduled for Tuesday, December 10-11, 2024, at the Hilton Downtown Columbus. This event offers numerous opportunities for personal connections, collaboration, staff engagement, professional development, and role-based networking. The theme for the conference is "We are the Keys to Extension," and we plan to highlight our five keys throughout the event. We encourage you to submit a proposal for one of the five tracks, focusing on Trust, Inclusion, Care, Adaptability, and Efficiency.

Early-bird registration will open mid-October.
- Early-bird Registration Cost: $225 (October 24, 2024-November 8)
- Regular Registration Cost: $275 (November 9-25, 2024)
- Late Registration Cost: $300 (November 26-December 10, 2024)
- Student Registration: $40* (for OSU students only, excluding employees attending school part-time/full-time)

You are able to submit your Travel Authorization for Extension Conference in Columbus, OH. Please consider, mileage, parking, per diem, and lodging. Addtionally, travel exceptions have been approved for those who live within 45 miles of the Hilton Downtown Columbus.

Nominee must be an Extension employee for at least a year.
