If you are a new or newer Extension educator or program employee please join the Learning and Organizational Development Team, along with guest speakers and presenters, for our First Monday Sessions.

First Monday Sessions are 60 - 90 minute discussion forums designed to help you learn the ropes, get acclimated to your new position, and provide a supportive environment for you to learn from your peers’ experiences and challenges as they are learning to navigate their new roles as program providers within our Extension system.       

We’ll meet by Zoom from 9:00 to roughly 10:00 am (or longer if conversations are going strong).  We’ll have a guest speaker or panel start the hour by sharing information about a topic helpful to you, followed by an opportunity for you to share experiences, seek advice, ask questions, or introduce topics of importance to you.
