Biography:

As the Learning & Development Specialist, I look forward to building effective staff development programs meeting the needs of OSU Extension employees. I have been with OSU Extension for four years after serving 13 years with Arkansas Extension.

In 2009, I began my Extension career with the University of Arkansas System Division of Agriculture as a County Extension Agent- 4-H in rural Ashley County. After 5 years in the county, I moved to the Arkansas State Extension Office as the Program Planning, Evaluation & Accountability Faculty Instructor where I served for 8 years. I supported over 200 employees in documenting their Extension efforts, onboarding new employees through orientation and mentoring and building and delivering staff development trainings.

Diane earned her Bachelor's of Science degree in Interdisciplinary Agriculture (Ag Education) from Texas Tech University with certification in Secondary Agricultural Sciences. Diane continued on to earn her Master's of Science degree in Agricultural Education and Communications with a specialization in Extension Education.
